The major modification is making the player into Object Oriented.... o, whatever, haha. The player basically read in a list of files from a txt file. The player then loads and plays the songs randomly. Although there are still a bit of interface-wise bug, i'll work on 'em next time when i'm free.   December 9, 2004 GTM -8:00   Exam 10:58 PM Cramming 700 pages of text in the last 3 1/2 day wass really a pain. Especially having to memorize the content in detail. I can feel my brain overloaded. Now that I just finished this exam. It's time to reformat my brain and start cramming other stuff for my other exams. a typical page. No diagram no picture no nothing except pure text for the whole textbook. Reading this whole thing is purely an energy exhausting task.   December 3, 2004 GTM -8:00   Last Day of Class 11:55 AM Can't believe it's the last day of class already.... and exam is starting next week. I feel like it's still early November. To all my friends, best of luck on your exams and study hard.   November 28, 2004 GTM -8:00   Superstore 4:43 PM after a good good friday, i took a day off on saturday, and today is a good good home cleaning + grocery day. Really hate going to the Metrotown Superstore pushing a cart. It's so so so so crowded and people don't seems to care themselves blocking the way. And also the store always ran out of items that are on sell. Check-out is also a pain... super long line up even with almost all counters open (errrr, about 25 counters). Also, it's so hard to find a parking spot.... always have to drive around inside the parkade for 10 minutes before you see somebody leave. I guess I'll see how it will go later :p   November 16, 2004 GTM -8:00   New Phone Technology 11:15 PM I was just looking at these flyers when i was eating my dinner, and saw 2 interesting phone products. 1. the 5.8GHz cordless phone... so i guess carrying a 2.4GHz down the street to your neighbour is still not enough and they want to carry a 5.8GHz to a super market a few blocks away? errrr.......... thought of using a cell phone? 2. cell phone with build in answering machine. A cell phone model by Sharp has this feature and I think it's quite handy. Why would you wanna pay your cell phone service provider a few bucks each month just for a stupid little no-body-wanna-leave-a-message mailbox, while you can get a build in answering machine? If I remember correctly, it's a colour display flip phone for only $199. So I guess for those people who are planning to get a new phone, rather getting a cell phone with a similar spec for the same price, why not get one with an answering machine? :p   November 15, 2004 GTM -8:00   WEIRD 6:52 PM Tookk an midterm this afternoon... 2 hours later after the midterm, I have a tutorial on that course. As everyone and the TA were talking and discussing about the midterm questions, i don't know why i completely had no idea what question they were talking about -_-".......... a proof of how fast i can forget things, hahahaha or maybe it's not "me" who is doing the midterm, hahaha maybe i have split personality hum..... i don't know...... anyway, i don't know whether it's gone well or not....... since i don't even remember what questions i did. As I do my research, here's something I've found quite interesting and funny. 1981 - The First Virus In The Wild As described in Robert Slade's history, the first virus in the wild actually predated the experimental work that defined current-day viruses (1983). It was spread on Apple II floppy disks (which contained the operating system) and reputed to have spread from Texas A&M.
